Centurion Entertainment Inc., was founded in 1998. With its first major event taking place in the city of Charlotte in 1999, the Taste of Charlotte Food Festival was born. The Taste of Charlotte has been a major family friendly event in the city since its inception. Showcasing local restaurants and their favorite dishes is the heart of Taste of Charlotte and a staple to the Charlotte area.
Centurion Entertainment is expanding into the suburbs of Charlotte, focused on local and regional wines, local craft brews and highlighting local craft vendors.
